David Dobbins is Founder and CEO of HITLOG, LLC (Human-In-The Loop LOGic). His primary responsibilities include molding the vision for HITLOG Robotics, and developing business strategies. One key role is identifying strategic partners for building out a program to redefine shared robotic solutions. David got his start in the military, defense infrastructure security, and executive protection. As an accomplished pilot, he served multiple tours servicing remote unmanned aerial-surveillance programs in the Middle East and South Asia. This experience in remote robotic operations helped identify operational deficiencies that inspired a pioneer patent for managing sharable remotely-operated sensor-carrying vehicles, with an overriding failsafe.
Early certifications included Combat Engineer and Heavy-Equipment Operator, though David later excelled as a design engineer and achieving multiple utility patents. In the 90's he formed a system-integration and service company for reverse-engineering and was an early solution partner for the innovative CAD Company - SolidWorks. David is an American University alumnus majoring in International Studies, has travelled extensively, continues to fly, and has a passion for humanitarian outreach to our underserved world community. He directs most of his energy to developing AgRobotic systems in support of regenerative farming practices for the family farm and beef operation.
