Global Water Crisis
Around the world, an estimated 1.8 billion people lack access to safe water. In addition, 2.4 billion people lack basic sanitation, and 842,000 people die every year from water-related diseases. At HITLOG, LLC we believe that we have a greater responsibility to the common good and are on a mission to help eradicate the global water crisis. To help accomplish our task of bringing clean and safe drinking water to those most in need in the developing world, we partner with Water Mission. This North Charleston, SC-based non-profit has been awarded Charity Navigator’s four-star rating for fourteen consecutive years.

Founded in 2001, Water Mission is a non-profit organization that specializes in environmental engineering solutions that help communities obtain sustainable access to clean, safe water. To date, Water Mission has served more than 3,000 communities, completed more than 1,000 solar pumping installations, and has more than 250 staff members working in over 50 countries worldwide.
